Time to Take Care of Your Skin

It is always important to take care of your skin, especially your face. They are exposed to all kinds of bacteria and chemical every day. Different skin treatment will help to protect your skin from air pollution where else different face treatment will help to reduce your face acne/outbreak/uneven skin tone etc.

Here are some tips for your skin/face treatment:

1. Having the right food will actually helps to give you a healthy skin. With the right amount of sugar & salt will give you a right body. However, if over dosage of salt and sugar will cause outbreak to your skin, which might cause your skin to look dull/unhealthy. Not enough vitamins will also cause your skin to be very dry or too oily. As such, you must ensure you are eating a balance diet with lots of fiber, right protein, carbohydrates with very little oil, sugar, salt and caffeine.  Drinking enough water will also give you a healthy skin.

2. Exfoliate your skin for smoother & silky skin – It is best to exfoliate your skin twice every week to get rid of the dead skin cells accumulated on your skin. This will make your skin smoother. You could get an exfoliation brush and body scrub for better effect. After the exfoliation, it will be nice to apply a layer of lotion onto your nicely scrubbed skin. You will achieve a baby skin to your liking.

3. Exercise – Improve your skin circulation with the easiest way by just go for exercise. Through exercising, you will improve your oxygen circulation which will refresh your body cells to new cells. And also, when you exercise, you will sweat, the sweat will get rid of your dead skin cells on your skin. This process will give you a healthy looking skin.

4. Wear sunscreen whenever you are under the sun – Yes, many of you might neglect this; however, with our current sun UV ray, you are advisable to wear your sunscreen whenever you are out under the sun. Your skin will looks dull and uneven due to over exposure of sun ray. You do not want to look old don’t you?
